Why do we get the Complete/Incomplete access message?
Itโs likely that users may be attempting to register through an incorrect link or method.
To grant access to a new or partially registered user, they will need your correct company registration link specific to your organizationโs subscription as it is essential for successful access to the Engineering Workbench platform.
To help resolve this efficiently, we recommend the following steps:
Please ensure that any new or partially registered user is provided with a copy of the Welcome Letter. This letter contains the correct registration link
Once the user completes their registration via this link, access should be granted without issue.
For convenience, we also suggest bookmarking the Main Menu page for ongoing access to the platform.
For greater visibility and ease of access, you may also consider hosting the letter or the registration link on your internal intranet or knowledge base, where it can be easily accessed by relevant team members.
