1. Offer period. The price match offer is available through December 31, 2026.
2. Eligibility. The offer is open to companies that hold a current, active subscription to Z2Data or SiliconExpert, any tier, that has not expired or lapsed. It is not available to existing Accuris customers, companies in an active Accuris trial or active sales opportunity, companies with a lapsed competitor subscription, or subscribers to other providers.
3. What is matched. Accuris will match your current annual contract value for the comparable Accuris BOM Intelligence tier, Starter, Pro, or Elite. The match applies to Year 1 only. Pricing for Year 2 and beyond is set at renewal.
4. Limits. One match per company, not per user or department. Minimum deal size for eligibility is $6,000 ACV. Pricing is subject to Accuris’ internal approval. Add-ons, including Supply Chain Insights, AI BOM Decision Support, Predictive Compliance, and BOM Version Control Modeling, are not included in the match and are quoted separately.
5. Documentation and confidentiality. To confirm your current price, Accuris will ask for documentation you are free to share, such as a renewal notice or a written confirmation of your current rate. Provide only information you are permitted to disclose. Do not share any document or term that your agreement with your current provider restricts you from disclosing. Accuris does not require, and will not ask you to provide, another provider’s confidential information.
6. Confirmation. Eligibility and final pricing are confirmed by Accuris after review. Submitting documentation does not guarantee eligibility or a specific price.
7. What you receive. The comparable Accuris tier at your matched Year 1 price, full platform access for that tier, and Customer Success-led migration support if desired. Access to Accuris products is subject to a mutually executed Order Form with additional terms and conditions.
