Offer period. The offer applies to Order Forms fully executed by December 31, 2026. Accuris may modify or end the offer at any time.
Eligibility. The offer is open to companies with a current, active SiliconExpert subscription (any tier) at the time of submission. It is not available to existing Accuris customers, companies in an active Accuris trial or in a sales opportunity opened before October 20, companies whose SiliconExpert subscription has expired or lapsed, or subscribers to other providers.
Pricing. Accuris will determine the comparable Accuris BOM Intelligence tier (Starter, Pro, or Elite) and price it 20% below the portion of your current SiliconExpert annual contract value that covers comparable functionality. The discount applies to Year 1 only. Pricing for Year 2 and beyond is set at renewal.
Limits. One offer per company, not per user or department. The resulting Accuris Year 1 contract must be at least $6,000 ACV. Add-ons, including Supply Chain Insights, BOM AI Optimization, Predictive Compliance, and BOM Version Control Modeling, are not included and are quoted separately. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, has no cash value, and is not transferable.
Documentation and confidentiality. To confirm your current price, Accuris will ask for documentation you are free to share, such as a renewal notice or written confirmation of your current rate. Share only information you are permitted to disclose. Do not share any document or term that your current agreement restricts you from disclosing. Accuris does not require and will not request another provider’s confidential information, and will use submitted documentation only to verify eligibility and pricing for this offer.
Confirmation. Eligibility, tier, and final pricing are confirmed by Accuris after review and are subject to internal approval. Submitting documentation does not guarantee eligibility or a specific price.
What you receive. The comparable Accuris tier at 20% below your current contract price for Year 1, all standard features included in that tier, and Customer Success-led migration support if requested. Access is subject to a mutually executed Order Form, which governs in the event of any conflict with these terms.
Your current agreement. You are responsible for ending your current subscription and for any fees or obligations under that agreement.
General. Void where prohibited. Public sector participation is subject to applicable procurement laws and regulations. SiliconExpert is a trademark of its respective owner. Accuris is not affiliated with SiliconExpert.
