Chief Executive Officer

Claude Pumilia is the Chief Executive Officer and director of Accuris. He provides leadership for all aspects of the Accuris business with an emphasis on strategy and achieving the company vision to unleash engineering capability using AI and cognitive search.

Accuris is an engineering-focused technology company that drives $500MM in annual recurring revenue through AI-powered data and workflow solutions. Accuris works with over 6,000 global customers and 650,000 engineering end users in over 100 countries and dozens of industries – including aerospace and defense, energy, sustainability, construction, architecture and more. KKR purchased Accuris for approximately $1B in May 2023.

Prior to Accuris, Claude was CEO and President of DAT Freight & Analytics, a SaaS platform that operates the largest digital marketplace in North America. Claude and his team transformed DAT into a platform solution that delivers over 250 million freight matches and a database of $110 billion in annual market transactions. Under Claude’s leadership the company quadrupled revenue and cash flow and established DAT as the undisputed market leader in the logistics space. Before joining DAT, Claude served as Group Executive for Roper Technologies (NASDAQ: ROP), where he managed a portfolio of SaaS companies with over $500m in revenue. Previous roles include COO at Broe Group Private Equity, Chief Financial Officer at Ciber Global(NASDAQ:CBR), and other senior executive roles with CA Technologies, Hewlett Packard, Compaq Computer and McKinsey & Company.

Claude also serves as director of TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX), a $60B a year revenue technology distributor in the Fortune 100.

Claude earned his J.D. at the University of Virginia and holds a B.A. in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University.

In his free time, Claude enjoys skiing, competitive biking, and spending time with his family.

Chief Financial Officer

Richard Smith is the Chief Financial Officer at Accuris, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial success including cash flow planning, financial reporting, and overall financial health.

Rich brings to Accuris more than a decade of experience in financial leadership roles at high-performing technology companies, backed by leading private equity firms including Vista Equity Partners, TPG, Silverlake, and Providence Equity. Most recently Rich has served as CFO of Formstack, a leading provider of no-code workflow and intelligent document management solutions, where he led the finance, accounting, legal, and sales operations functions. While there, he built out the company’s FP&A and legal functions and led a successful financial transaction in which Formstack brought on new private equity ownership and additional funding to fuel the next phase of the company’s growth. Prior to Formstack, Rich helped build and grow best-in-class finance, accounting and business operations teams at Omnitracs, a provider of SaaS transportation and logistics solutions; Active Network, a provider of activity registration and event management solutions; and Sabre, a provider of airline, hotel and travel agency software and solutions.

Rich holds an MBA from the University of Kansas and a BS from Kansas State University. In his spare time he enjoys cycling, skiing, running, hiking, and traveling.

Chief Product Officer

Duane Newman is the Chief Product Officer at Accuris. He leads Accuris’ product strategy, ensuring the company’s solutions meet engineers’ needs while keeping Accuris ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving and competitive industry.

Duane is a renowned thought leader who has spent his career building software solutions. Prior to joining Accuris, he held product leadership roles at both public and private companies, including Symantec, Ivanti, and LANDESK. Throughout his career, he has launched products in many different markets, including asset, endpoint, identity, security, service and workflow.

Duane holds a degree from the University of Utah School of Business. In his spare time, Duane enjoys mountain biking, boating, waterskiing, and wakesurfing with his family.

Neil de Silva

Chief Operating Officer

Neil de Silva is the Head of Operations at Accuris. He leads the company’s content management teams responsible for accuracy, currency, and completeness of information consumed by Accuris customers. He is also responsible for managing Accuris’ Global Real Estate portfolio.

Previously, Neil led IT project management office (PMO) organizations and application software development teams and participated in M&A due diligence and integration activities during his 23-year tenure at S&P Global. Prior to joining Accuris, Neil held various people leadership and project management roles in healthcare, legal, and higher education sectors.

Neil has a strong passion for mentoring and developing leaders. He has led large global teams with high colleague engagement and minimal attrition in competitive markets including Denver, London, Bangalore, Delhi, Kuala Lumpur and Penang.

Neil holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Montana. His personal hobbies include international travel, hiking and reading.

Danielle Petrich is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Accuris. In her role, Danielle defines and leads execution of the company HR strategy, including recruitment, employee relations, workforce administration, employee engagement, and payroll.

Danielle has 25 years of HR experience with focus on HR strategy. Prior to Accuris, she was a Global People Partner at S&P Global. She also held Global HR Business Partner roles at both IHS Markit and MWH.

Danielle has experience at both private and public entities with a record of operating strategically in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and taking on progressively more responsibility.

Danielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.

Sarita Benjamin

General Manager of Supply Chain

Sarita Benjamin is the General Manager of Supply Chain Solutions. Sarita is responsible for leading our supply chain businesses, focusing on enhancing supply chain resilience for Accuris customers across industries.

Sarita brings over 15 years of experience in product leadership, technology development, and business management. At DAT Freight & Analytics, she most recently served as General Manager of the Shipper business, where she led a commercial transformation and delivered sustained double-digit ARR growth. Prior to that, she was Senior Product Leader, where she oversaw DAT’s most profitable product line, scaled the enterprise platform, and launched analytics and automation features that served her customers. She is known for aligning cross-functional teams to solve complex industry problems, and for building products that leverage data and AI to drive measurable business outcomes.

Sarita earned her Masters Certificate at the George Washington University, her Masters of Science at Fairleigh Dickenson University and holds a B.S. from Visvesvaraya Technological University.

In her free time, Sarita enjoys hiking with her family in the Pacific Northwest, wood whittling, and serving her local community through volunteer projects.

Dr. Gabrielle Ramaiah is the Chief of Staff and Vice President of Transformation at Accuris. She works across all areas of Accuris to help the company make informed decisions about its future.

Gabrielle has an impressive background of building and executing data-driven strategies across software, private equity, venture capital, and military and defense organizations. As an Associate Partner at Mckinsey & Co., she built a playbook to drive double-digit growth strategies for software companies. Previously, she was a Military Analyst at the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency, where she built award-winning analyses that drove defense policy.

Gabrielle has a Ph.D. from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth.

Trenton Pologar is Accuris' Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role, he oversees the company's enterprise technology strategy, managing the systems and experts that drive business and customer success.

Trenton has more than two decades of experience leading transformational technology initiatives for companies of all sizes, ranging from startups to long-established software institutions. Prior to joining Accuris, he led information technology and security teams at Kymeta Corporation, Indigo, REI Co-Op, SAP, and HP.

Trenton has a master’s degree in IT, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing from the University of Denver and a BS/BA in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.

Neva DePalma is the Chief Legal Officer for Accuris. Neva is responsible for leading our legal and risk management functions, while driving growth, innovation, and governance across our global operations.

Neva brings more than 20 years of experience as a legal and business leader supporting high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining Accuris, she served in senior legal roles at Smarsh, RadarFirst, and Webtrends, where she led cross-functional initiatives to accelerate deal velocity, achieve operational efficiency, and streamline acquisitions and integrations. Earlier in her career, Neva advised public and private companies on M&A, securities compliance, and corporate governance. She is known for building high-performing, results-driven teams and for her enthusiastic, collaborative, and pragmatic approach.

Neva earned her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a B.A. in Humanities from the University of San Diego.

In her free time, Neva enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, hiking, and cooking.

Martin Collinson is the Chief Partnership Officer for Accuris. In this role, he continues to strengthen Accuris' relationships with its global network of Standards Development Organizations (SDOs) and publishing partners, furthering a shared commitment to providing critical, up-to-date knowledge to the engineering community.

Martin’s role as Chief Partnership Officer is a testament to his extensive general management experience in global organizations and, more specifically, his profound understanding of the standards business ecosystem.

Prior to joining Accuris, Martin served as President of Techstreet, where he led the organization to become one of the fastest-growing standards aggregators globally. His leadership culminated in the successful sale of Techstreet to private equity firm KKR and its subsequent merger into Accuris. Before Techstreet, he was the Managing Director at ASME, one of the world’s leading standards development organizations, where he was responsible for revenue generation from their standards and services. He notably delivered a 15% CAGR on revenue from licensing and sales of ASME’s standards content. This experience highlights his unwavering dedication to supporting the very organizations that create the standards that make our world a better place.

In his time at Accuris, Martin has demonstrated exceptional leadership, first as VP Sales Americas and then as Chief Revenue Officer, where he was responsible for global revenue generation. Now, as Chief Partnership Officer, he is focused on strengthening Accuris’ relationships with its more than 400 Standards Development and publishing partners, driving mutual growth and opportunity.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Kevin Williams oversees all aspects of global revenue generation and execution, with a mandate to strengthen customer success, grow market share, and accelerate Accuris' trajectory as the #1 Engineering Intelligence platform.

Kevin joined Accuris from PTC, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Core Sales, leading the company’s product lifecycle management (PLM), computer-aided design (CAD) and application lifecycle management (ALM) businesses. Over two decades at PTC, he drove the global SaaS transition, scaled high-performing field and inside sales teams, and consistently delivered results for customers and partners worldwide.

Kevin’s leadership in building scalable revenue engines and modernizing go-to-market strategies makes him uniquely equipped to help Accuris deliver even greater value to engineering-driven enterprises.

Award-winning marketing leader with a record of helping technology companies become category leaders, Brian Wallace brings decades of experience scaling global brands and building revenue engines for organizations including Google, Samsung, BlackBerry, IDEMIA, and Magic Leap. His career is defined by transforming complex technologies into clear, compelling value for the industries that keep the world moving.

As Chief Marketing Officer at Accuris, Brian is driving the company’s evolution from a legacy content distributor to a high-growth Engineering and Supply Chain Intelligence platform.

Prior to Accuris, Brian served as CMO for multiple high-growth SaaS and technology organizations. At Vatom, his leadership in product and go-to-market strategy contributed to the company’s inclusion on the INC 500 list of America’s fastest-growing companies. At IDEMIA, he repositioned the company toward a consumer-centric digital identity platform, driving record adoption. His work at Magic Leap drove record-setting valuation increases and earned recognition as Interbrand’s Breakthrough Brand of the Year.

His earlier leadership roles at Google and Samsung produced industry-defining campaigns and record-setting market-share gains, earning recognition from Interbrand, Ad Age, Insider, and iMedia for marketing innovation and category creation.
